Great teamthere are no other words for it. I own a 2023 Santa Fe, and I won't take it to any other dealership because of the relationship I've built with this team. I've been dealing with Kennedy for over 20 years, and their service department is simply the best. I've been working with Ed in service since I bought my first car from Lance Brown and Joe Maguire back in 1997.

They were very cooperative in getting us in at the last minute to have new stickers attached to our new windshield so we are grateful for the quick service . They also put on new wiper blades per our warranty and we are grateful for that. The rear wiper blade doesn't work correctly , it seems there isn't enough pressure on the window so it doesn't clean the entire area where the blade wipes .

They could not inspect my car because they said it needed tires.That was fine as I have almost 3 months until the inspection is due.They wanted over 900.00 for the tires and I thought that was quite an inflated price.They were fine when I told them I couldn't afford that at this time.They were respectful and nice.
