We went in to test drive a truck. Afterwards we told the salesman it needed a couple minor things done. Once they completed them id come back and talk sales. The salesman called me the next day after I tried numerous times to see if it was done. He stated that he was signing papers with somebody else on the truck. Thats pretty poor business how he did that. !!!! I'll never go back there again and I've told many people stay away

When my vehicle was ready they went above and beyond to make sure I got it back quickly. I appreciated being able to pay online ahead of time. They weren't able to diagnose the cause of the issue I was having because the vehicle had stopped showing the symptoms (but they warned me ahead of time that it works be hard to solve). They were very fair with what they charged me for diagnostic fees and did not try to just throw expensive parts at it. Plus, they got me in quickly; Other dealerships were scheduling 4 to 6 weeks out.

Will not negotiate prices. Fair value on trade in. I drove over 60 miles one way to look at the vehicle. Heard noises. They said it is due to "lot rot". That tells me the vehicle has been there for awhile. I would not recommend. Maybe if they wanted to negotiate I would reconsider a recommendation
