I have used John Eagle for 12 years and they are always so helpful and professional. I have only used them for 12 years and they have kept my car safe and running this whole time. If I need to have repairs, they arrange a loaner. If I am in a hurry, they tend to my car immediately. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Eric Younger our Acura Service tech. was very professional in explaining why the recall on potentially faulty crankshaft bearings needed replacement. Also worn front wheel ball joints were replaced to stop uneven tire wear. Work was done over part of 2-days,so Eric arranged a nice loaner car.

Eric Younger took care of organizing the service, greating me when I arrived, completing the service documentation allowing the servie to proceed, and then the paperwork following the service. Eric also went out of his way to make sure I had a quite place to take busniess calls while the service was underway and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the service. He is simply outstanding!

The service representative was courteous, and I am assuming everything that I requested has been done - my car is running well. However, I had trouble getting a straight answer about when my vehicle would be ready. They kept it for 8 days and did not offer a loaner car, which caused problems. I've bought Acura's from them for 20 years, and John Eagle Acura's service was much better in the past.

The dealer charged $42 for tires rotation but the technician didn't rotate the tires. I marked the rim in the back but I didn't take the picture or video to proof it. I was so upset about the dishonest service. The rest of the service that I paid, I didn't know if the did it or not. Never come back.

I was able to get my car in for repair quickly. My service representative was excellent. They had me take a test drive with mechanic, who was professional and friendly, until he experienced what I had and made the diagnosis. They got me an Uber home and repaired my axle in just a few hours. Always impeccable service at John Eagle.

It took a bit longer than usual, however, the advisors tried their best to accommodate my needs. The car wash and care from the service team made things great. I took the time to go test drive the new Acura RDX getting ready for a new car. I would recommend to all to have the service at the dealership. It worth the money and time.

Service Advisor, Eric L. Younger took wonderful care of my car and provided stellar customer service. He kept me informed in real time about everything that was going on with my repair service. Because my repair service took longer than expected, Eric was able to put me in a loaner vehicle. Eric went above and beyond in all areas, and he takes pride in his work. He could teach a master class in providing great customer service.

Disappointed with slightly over 3 hour wait for minimal service with no updates while waiting. Was there at 7:15 for appt. Tires were filled with more air than recommended. Appreciated the car wash. Personnel were very friendly.

Mr Younger was great. I had a problem with the intermittent setting on my windshield wipers. He checked it and was able to diagnose the problem. It was due to my replacing the windshield with a non Acura windshield.
