The guys at Joe's Tire & Auto Service worked hard to complete the service in one day as I needed the truck the next day. They provided plenty of updates on what was going on and solved the problem.

I think they are some of the best mechanics in NEA. They know what they are doing and have always been very honest and straight forward about what's wrong and how quickly they can fix it. My whole shop uses them now. In most of my time using them they have had my ready to go the same day. Great group of people.

They didn't tell me.why my sensor light on my oil pump wasn't going off or.how much it could cost to repair. Changed my oil but but didn't rotate my tires which is something I always ask them to do.

Great place, great people, they know their job and do it fast without breaking your bank account. I got a 4 wheel alignment for under 100 bucks And they even gave me a print out showing the before and after alignment values. I'm definitely going back when I need more servicing.

I took my truck in to get the suspension looked at and I got my truck back after paying the diagnose fee and when I picked up my truck the panel underneath my steering wheel was loose and I tried to put it back on but it will not go back together I don't under stand why that was opened when I went in for my suspension but I would not recommend this place to a soul if they are just gonna play around in peoples vehicles and be unprofessional about it and not tell anyone about it worst service I had ever had in a long time from a shop this is why I like to do stuff on my own please don't go here and have them work on your Vehicle they will find a way to mess it up before fixing anything
