From the time I bought my first truck at Joe Machens, they have made me feel like family. I can always call to schedule service, but thankfully I have Taras email. Every time I need service done, I just email her and she sets me up. No hassle, nothing but great service. The minute I pull into the bay Im greeted by Tara and she knows what I need done. The waiting area is always so clean and I love that they want customers to feel relaxed and comfortable. Joe Machens Nissan will always be my favorite dealership. All of the employees are always willing to help. Thanks for being a great dealership.
