Jim's is always honest and straightforward about work to be done on my vehicle. The prices are fair and affordable and jobs get done in a timely manner, from the smallest tire rotation/oil change to brake jobs and major work, they are direct and get the job done. Best place to service your car in Arlington. No pressure or hassle to sell a service to you. Richard was very transparent and clear about the work done on my car. He even showed me the old parts and explained the issues they had. Pricing was super fair and they were so quick to get everything completed. Quality work too. Replaced spark plugs on my 2014 Subaru, Forester. It was an appt. for my 60,000 mile maintenance. Nate showed my the old plugs & 1 was worn out & the other 3 were showing signs of wear. Fluids were fine. Happy with my service at Jim's Automotive. I have been a customer for many years.

They are excellent, honest, and I recommend for everybody. I sent my car to the Lexus dealer and they recommended to replace the lower control arm and have me an estimate of 3 thousand dollars for the service. Jim's evaluated the suspension and found no issues with the lower control arm only a few bushings cracked. The repair was much more simple than the recommended for the Lexus dealer.
