They don't listen, explained that I had extended warranty (car is even out of the initial 3 year). They went ahead and tried to charge me and only after I challenged them did they not charge me. Wouldn't doubt they intended to charge GM for warranty work if I would have paid the bill. Will never go back and don't recommend them

We have been so pleased with our service at Jimmy Smith! I think the main reason we are so pleased is Melissa who schedules and keeps you informed is one of the best I have ever worked with! Not too mention her attitude is alway upbeat whether it's early morning or late afternoon! We are not pleased with Madison at all, it's a whole non caring experience. Athens Jimmy Smith Service has it going on! Very pleased!

I didn't like how long it took to get easy parts that where readily available next day but took gm two weeks doesn't make sense and how come my truck was parked in the weeds and nobody washed it and pulled it up front for me but the customer brfore me had all this done im 55 years old and back problems

I like that is close proximity to home. I did not like the fact I took truck in for service and the did not fix the issue not one but twice. I decided to take to another dealership and they fixed the problem. Jimmy Smith has problems in the shop and the service mgr.. may be the biggest problem. GM has a problem with the 5.3 engines and won't issue a fix or a recall.

Service was great, checkout wasn't with new 3% on credit card use. Used debit card no 3% hit. Poor guy behind had $5k bill, went back to car to get checkbook. Service at the time of booking should have announced 3% or all the emails you sent should have e mentioned 3%.
