We had a new car with less than a thousand miles and unfortunately we ran over a nail. The tire could not be repaired. We showed up at Jim White on a Saturday afternoon after 3:00 and were able to get a new tire put on. We were out the door by 4:00. They were friendly and fast.

I went in for recalls to be fixed. And that is all they did when I got my car back my oil cap was not on. And it was gone. So they had to come back out until my car back to the shop to fix it. Which left me without a car and I have two children so it's very inconvenient and could have caused more damage if I had drove it longer thankfully I just drove it home and nowhere else.

Even though this was a recall issue, they called when the part was in hot me in right away and had told me it would take a good part of the afternoon. To my amazement, i received a call 2hrs later that my car was finished. I canr ask for anything better than that.

liked : recall service was fast. but had to. drive two cars since dealer would not provide a service vehicle. since this was a HONDA Problem. I would think a free loaner would be provided for the HONDA OWNER FOR THE TIME THE RIDGELINE WAS IN THE SHOP.

I liked that the waiting area is comfortable and service kept in contact with me when I was walking around the car lot. The tv in the waiting room is always having issues though. I think it streams and it stops & spins & try's to load the picture again!

Took too long. Almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I know it's a full service shop, but it isn't worth having to wait for a very expensive basic service. Love the staff. They're polite and as efficient as they can be. The dealership is just too busy for simple procedures. I wish Jim White had a separate express service option as Brown Honda does.

The service was great and got my car fixed in a timely manner. My only complaint is the waiting room. The sun beating down in that all window area with no shades gets to be uncomfortable. I kept moving my seat each time a new person left to try and avoid the sun and be in a partial shade area.

Friendly , nice . It did take longer then other times but I'd rather they took longer than rush through the job. They check all fluids , brakes , filters. With the on-line coupons I saved $ which was great. They still don't have the parts for the recall . But explained if I get a code - call them immediately.

I was on my final day traveling home on a long trip & my dashboard was showing multiple errors. Service advisor Chad got me in and found a bad battery. He replaced it & I was on my way home in two hours at a hectic Saturday morning at his dealership. Bravo Chad & his team for their exceptional work!!

The service manager who checked in my car with a seat belt issue took the initiative to take a look inside the seat belt buckle and discovered the problem, a small plastic jewel toy our granddaughter apparently dropped into the buckle. The service manager borrowed a small tool from a nearby mechanic and extracted the jewel allowing the seatbelt to now properly latch. In Less than 5 minutes I was on my way, no charge.

Samuel gave me complete instructions as to what was going to be done on my car; promptly got me when the service was completed; went outside to retrieve my car & brought it inside so I would not have to walk so far with my walker. thank you again Samuel, you made a "not so looked forward to" visit to the car dealer a positive experience.

Disappointed to learn from a family friend who sells Hondas that I didn't need to spend $299.00 on platinum spark plugs since I don't plan on keeping the car for another 100,000 miles. Service writer didn't offer the less expensive option. Went in for an oil change and spent over $500.00!
