Service staff smiled, were gracious when I ran 5-10 minutes late, I loved the video. I tried to add on to my oil change an inspection, and the only way I knew how was with a 2nd appointment. It would be so nice of a human could have contacted me rather than scheduling bots that then tell me I didn't show!

Called several times and did not get any call back from service manager Tony. Dropped off car and had to call to see when it was done. Nobody seemed to know anything and kept getting runaround. Service tech did not call to let me know vehicle was done and could be picked up. Had to make special trip to dealership to get answers. Main dealership took my name and phone number and said service would call me. NOTHING.

the service was conducted in a professional manner. the only issue was partially mine. I left my phone at home and did not convey it to the service manager. He text me to let me know status. I waited in the lounge area to long and finally checked on status.

I had my vehicle serviced on a Saturday at Jim Shorkey on McKnight Road. Saturdays are usually busy at most dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and courteous the service was. The team was efficient, professional, and made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Antonio was helpful; however it seems like the appointment takers do not communicate very well. I was in for a 15,000 scheduled maintenance and inspection. They weren't aware of the scheduled maintenance. In January I took my vehicle in for 10,000 scheduled maintenance and found out that they did the 15,000 instead of 10,000 and did not change the oil!

I thought that I needed brake pad replacement as a result of a comment on my last PA inspection. The service dept. found that since I had drum brakes I didn't need to replace the pads. All I needed was replacement of brake fluid, a much more affordable service.

Samantha is the best service advisor around! She explains what needs done and future service needs according to mileage. She is a "gem" in this business and is someone to be trusted. I never worry when having cars serviced because she makes sure everything is done right!!!! We buy our cars at Toyota NOT because of the sales department but because of the SERVICE department.

Josh did a great job getting me into the schedule and good work by the shop. The scheduling "service" (not the service desk, but the offsite center) is horrible. This is the second time that they scheduled me for service when the shop couldn't do the work (too close to the end of day for the type of service scheduled).

The man who took my car at the bay knew my name and asked if I had my paperwork for the inspection. Then when I went inside I had to wait forever to be waited on. Even when I picked up the car, the service technician was busy and I had to wait a while then too.

My car maintenance was good for the most part. The negative was the car maintenance due warning was not reset. But that was minor. The major negative was someone in an office near the waiting area screaming and yelling using profanity at an employee over attendance. That behavior has no place in business. I waited for car while care was being serviced and was pleased to see after service was completed they washed the exterior of the car! I will continue to use this auto dealer for future car needs.
