My Tacoma was sent here by the dealership where I purchased it to have a rear hub assembly repaired. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair took more than three weeks to complete, one day they didn't have the part . Next day they had the part, there was so many stories from the service department. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this shop to others.

I bought my car at this dealer and have had all my service and annual inspections done there, except tire rotations. During this years safety inspection they failed my tires, while Costco, where I bought the tires says they are good. They just lost a customer not only for continued service but for any potential new car purchase.

Service staff and service was great. Charging 3% to use a credit card sucks. I have been having service done with you for years. When I set up the appointment was the time that I should have been notified. Very poor customer service on the credit card charge!

Shorkey Toyota Service Department has always been great! I've been getting my vehicles from North Hills/Shorkey for over 15 years now and it's really due to their service department Once you buy/lease a vehicle, that's who you deal with for the remainder of your time with that vehicle. I've always felt I could trust them to let me know what services my vehicle needs or doesn't need.

The service I took it in for was what I believed to be a starter problem. They were able to fix the problem noise due to it coming from a bad gasket on the exhaust pipe and corrected the issue. This also prevented the problem of a possible deadly leak of carbon monoxide into the vehicle or my garage while the car was running.

Went in for warning indicator of power steering thinking low on fluid only to learn more indicative of regulator problem. Ride home and brought back the next morning. Great service manager Ryan explained the estimate and arranged rides. My trusty Big Blue is A-OK.

My Rav4 would not start without a jump. The Toyota repair center was able to fit me in and replace my battery quickly. The waiting area was very comfortable. The staff kept me informed of my car's progress through texts and the service representative would come to me in the waiting area to make sure I was updated on the progress of my car. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

All services performed - oil change, tire rotation, inspection. The service agent Mike Hodoba was very professional and gave me a complete rundown of upcoming services my car would need, including the price for each one. This way, I can budget and have each of the services performed as I can afford them. In addition, the service people washed my car! Very satisfied.

I went in for an oil change and was advised I was good for another 5,000 miles due to using synthetic oil...yah! However, I opted to get my tires rotated. Two hours later, two hours really!!!, the technician recommended replacing the air filter, cabin filter, and all four tires even though the tread would pass inspection. When it's time for my inspection in August, I will purchase new tires but never from this service location.

It was a great experience. The gentleman that greeted me was friendly and pointed me to my service advisor. She told me it would be about 2 hours and my vehicle was done in 1&1/2 hours. I was quoted an estimate of about $600 when scheduling my appointment online. It actually turned out to be $160! What a nice surprise!

Accepted my vehicle after a sudden unexpected breakdown requiring a tow. Other dealers just gave me the appointment schedulers and were unwilling to accept it by tow until the scheduled repair date. They took it quickly diagnosed and repaired the vehicle.

Everything was repaired as requested. They serviced brake fluid and power steering fluid. This is fine, but this car was not brought in for this and suprised as vehicle was just maintenanced there and serviced religously. Should be done on a routine service. Had to order parts on my own, service and parts should by synced.
