I liked the communication from my service advisor. Another good point, my vehicle incurred some body/paint damage while it was being serviced as well as a misplaced rubber floor mat. The dealership took responsibility and replaced the floor mat and repaired the paint damage. Those were all good points.

My service call was very straightforward, and I was also able to add an Oil change at the last minute. I want to especially shout out Dayshia Hatcher, who was a wonderful concierge, offering me options for care, and helping to navigate the paperwork etc with a wonderful attitude.

nice place provided to wait for car, staff informs you about everything, lets you know if car needs something else that is wrong or needs to be done soon. The only thing i find confusing is that if i use a charge card i am charged 3%, who walks around with 1000 dollars in there wallet to pay for services. Sad thing is when I left there i went to GOODWILL and used credit card and they do not charge you for using it, how sad is that.

Service desk was great helped out a lot had truck looked at for a rattle in front end said the tighten exhaust took for a ride but I still have a rattle in front end of the truck when hitting a bump cost me money to get this service don't think I got what I payed for

They were great. Knowledgeable, fair and understanding. Happy to be having my Jeep tuned up for the summer! FYI to anyone reading- if you have a 2018 to 2020 wrangler with the death wobble, there's an extended warranty covered for the steering damper if under 8 years first owner or 90k miles if you don't have an aftermarket part. Fixed mine!

Brought my truck in twice with accelerator problems and braking issues and because the check engine light isn't on you guys say everything is fine and it is not. I drive it every day and without a doubt there are issues. Only bought it in late October.

Have been going there for the last few years with both of my vehicles. Always a great job, and in and out every time. This time was emission and inspection and was in and out in not even an hour. The service there is most appreciated. Rob, my service tech, has been a God send. Has gotten me through some unusual items.

Everyone was nice and professional. My complaint is that car was dropped off at 8am, and not done until 3pm. Car just needed inspected. No other work needed. I also had to call them to ask when it would be done. If I have an 8am appointment, it shouldn't take 7 hours. Do better.

I like that I was able to use my warranty for half of the work. I didn't like not being able to have a loaner vehicle while work was being done. Had to go without a car while repairs were made due to no rentals available from the dealer. I was told to pay for a rental and get reimbursed. Already have to pay for the price of the other work needed 2,050 plus so who has money for that.

Sidney as always has gone above and beyond in getting my vehicle in to be serviced and repaired in a very timely manner. She is very professional and respectful of my needs to not disrupt my day with work in order to get the vehicle into the shop. Just if we do a drop off of car the night before and we have a appointment for 8am that does not mean to wait till 2 and then tell us you have stuff recommended or needed for car and would take another hour and half when it should be if in with appt that person should have car looked at called and done don't push us off like oh well it's here !!!!!!!!!!!!
