Jim Shorkey Nissan of Gainesville helped change the oil and filter and multi point inspection. I did have a coupon for discount which helped a lot.
Receipt doesn't show tires rotated. Will need to go back and check on this.

They don't give the whole picture when they are telling you what will be done. there are a lot of extras not listed in the beginning. I wasn't happy with that. I liked having the ride home and back so I didn't have to sit there all day. I hope the work they did last a long time. I would recommend you if it is a replacement or something that the dealer needs to do.

Service advisor Jeremy was very good. He was knowledgeable informative and friendly. Car was ready when promised and work was completed.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was tech got grease or oil on passenger seat and didn't clean it up. Seats are light tan so could have been a problem but came out with a little effort.

I made an appointment for 10:20 am for an oil change and tire rotation.
I wasn't out of there till 1pm.
Apparently my service advisor went to lunch or something else.
They found my car waa done and sitting,waiting in the back.
Had I not gone and pestered them about my car I may have been there even longer.
The service advisor didn't go over the report like other dealerships.
I won't be back.

Very poor. We went in to have our heater fixed. Was charged $400. Two days later it stopped working. Took it back. Was charged another $900. It worked another few days then stopped. Took the car back and they wanted another$1200. Never fixed it.!!!
Will never go back there. Very displeased.

Easy and quick appointment. What I didn't like was to get a simple oil change it cost $77 $38 was labor cost. My husband can change the oil and rotate the tires on the vehicle just fine. We are just trying to have a record that it was done for proof but it's getting so costly we may just change our minds.

Took a long time for the two service writers to handle customer.
Then a problem (tire pressure) I came in to solve was not dealt with. I had oil change and tires rotated, so why wouldn't they check tire pressure. Went back next day to get it corrected.

Awful experience. Was charged more than originally quoted without any extra work being done. Was told my squeaky brakes needed a quick fix but wasn't offered that fix while my car was on rack. Was told my inspection report would be emailed to me, never was and when I called back about it was told it auto deletes and was now unavailable. Also took me nearly a half hour to check out after my work was completed.

Was lied to regularly by the salesman. The paperwork completion person was reasonable and professional. Car is the one I wanted, the only reason I went there. Would not buy from dealer again. $2,000 additional "services" are put on the car whether you want them or not. Tax fees are exorbitant above the state charge and the doc fee is the highest I have ever paid.

A little disappointing, no free car wash offered or explained, no list of things they checked, 1 1/2 hours just for oil change with appt. Waiting area was very cluttered. I've done business with Carriage Nissan but since it's now Shorkey, sadly it seems to be declining in customer service.

Good and fast. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Service coupon was not available. Seniors should have special discounts in place regardless of services being done to their vehicle. Other than pricing, service team does a good job. $300 is hard for a person on fixed income to pay for Trans fluid change.

Body Shop was great! The insurance submitted pictures of damage to Shorkey. I contacted same day and was given an appointment to bring car in for repairs.
