I went to Shorkey for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I arrived at the express line line and went in the counter area and was immediately greeted by Nick who checked me in. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This is always why I go to Shorkey with both of my Jeeps.

They were awesome. My Jeep had some problems and they took it in right away. They couldn't fix it that day so they had to work on it the next day. It was a Friday and they couldn't get the parts until Monday but we were in town to do a job and we had no other car so they called around and got the parts that day and got our Jeep fixed.

Work was completed in 1 day, so this minimized the downtime for my vehicle. All personnel were very helpful to get this accomplished. They exceeded my expectations when they replaced both actuators on the side doors when only 1 was not working and in the process they fixed my door handle on the drivers side too.

I checked for any spilled oil on the motor and frame and didn't find any, great! They rotated the tires, and, I requested that they set the tire pressure to 65 psi. in all 4 tires. They failed to do that. We waited 1 1/2 hours, which seemed a bit much for what was done.

Liked: Always friendly, experienced service is a big plus. Steve and Jonathan are the Best !!! Didn't Like: My Jeep is white and there was black grease around my door handle which leads me to believe the workers are not taking proper precautions to protect my paint, steering wheel and seat. This may need to be re-emphasized because sometimes workers get rushed and forget to follow cleanliness protocol.

They are deceptive with their sales practices. Jason the sales man promised a bed cover for my truck. Turns out he was stealing it from another used vehicle on the lot. 2 months later the GM still can't find me a cover. The manager I asked for is never around. Make sure everything is in writing and ask the MANAGER if what your sales person tells you is true. Likely it is a lie to close the deal

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for an oil and filter change. No appointment needed. I drove right into Express Lane service and Johnathon waited on me immediately. He said wait time would be 45 minutes and that's all it took. Great service!

They charged $67 to change a brake light on the back of the cab. I YouTube'd it and it was less than a 5 minute job, remove two screws with a phillips head screwdriver remove cover pull the old bulb out and push the new one in, replace the cover and put the two screws back in. If they gouged that much for a $13 bulb who knows what they would do for a major problem.
