From initial arrival to final departure the people I delt with and the service they provided was excellent. I especially liked the fact that a mechanic took the time to drive my car, with me, to better understand the problem I was experiencing. My only issue was the fact that the cost of repair was far higher than expected even for a dealer.

The completed repair was $250 less than the quoted price! Extremely happy about that! Was disappointed that it didn't get washed and vacuumed like the previous dealership always did for me. Overall, they were friendly, completed when they said they would and saved me $250. Very satisfied!

Excellent service. Because I'm not allowed to drive any longer, when I grocery shop and go to the Doctor my family always drives my vehicle. It has very few miles in a year since everything is close to my house. My serviceman didn't perform any services that wasn't necessary during my visit. I called at the last minute ute to get an appointment. The service department was able to get me in right away. When I brought my car in, I was told it would be 1-1 1/2 hrs. There were 2 cars in front of me. I was offered a loaner car but I decided to wait. It only took about 30 to 45 minutes before my car was ready. I am very pleased with the service department.

Went in for oil change and fuel injector cleaning. Discovered a wheel bearing that was bad and replaced it as well. They knew I was about to travel for Thanksgiving and made sure the vehicle was safe for the 1000 trip. Shannon Moore makes sure his customers are well taken care of!

My experience has always been great at Jim Shorkey's Mazda. This time they had added a strong air freshener of some sort that was really overpowering. I could barely stay inside. Customers with asthma or other COPD disorders could be seriously triggered into a difficult situation. There are much gentler ways to clean the air. Perhaps invest in an air purifier?

Service Department was great! Everyone of the employees was friendly and cheerful. Employees serviced my car on time, were professional and knowledgeable. I do have a CD stuck in the CD player that employees were unable to fix. Overall, I would not use any other service department.

Cadillac storefront, that quickly degrades to Mazda experience. Having purchased 15 or so vehicles thusfar, this transaction was one of the poorest encounters ever. On top of the inability to prepare the sales documents as promised, they delivered the car w/ a known recall from the manufacturer. We had discussed this recall needed to be remedied before delivery.

New owner, same shenanigans Ive been dealing with an issue with my sunroof since January of this year. They kept giving me excuses why they couldnt work on it like telling me they couldnt get the parts and a loaner vehicle for me to leave the car. They kept pushing me off and waited until I got over my mileage on my warranty and now they say theres nothing they can do. The service manager was a smart Alec about the issue.
