Vehicle was not serviced. Vehicle was taken in to fix a screw in a tire. I am still waiting for the dealer to contact me in regards to a replacement tire as they don't stock the tires for the vehicles that they sell and service and since I purchased a tire warranty when I purchased the vehicle they seem to be taking their own time in getting me a replacement tire under warranty.

Never again. Gave me the bums rush to sell me a car. Gave faked alignment to sell an alignment (I had it checked at Firestone later that day, not out of alignment). Took four hours to fix a glass chip, (a 30-minute job) while they tried to sell me a car or buy mine. Have sent me numerous emails since, made me come in to set an appointment that my insurance was sending me there for, and then... I quit, It was a nightmare.

At 11:30 am I asked about the status of my vehicle, and it was still not being serviced.
This is unacceptable, it would have been nice if someone would have let me know.
I left without the oil change and made an appointment elsewhere at Bob Howard Toyota.

The service department had just closed but the manager was still there and went with me on a short test drive. The dealership tried to overcharge for an oil change. I had a coupon for a $49.95 full synthetic oil change then they attempted to charge over $200. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and it took 2.5 hours. They also came up with a list if $4500 in future repairs. Never visiting Jim Norton again for any thing.

I went in only for an oil change. After telling the person that checked me in that the number listed was my husband's and I would be waiting for my vehicle in the waiting area, I was allowed to sit for 2.5 hours waiting for my vehicle. They texted my husband's phone after 1 hour to say the vehicle was finished, but never came and looked in the waiting area for the person waiting for the vehicle.

Price discussed over the phone was less than actual price at the dealership.
Almost got charged additional $45 for "workmanship" replacing the key fob battery. When I pointed I can replace it myself, the charge was lessened and new bill was presented to me. A bit sloppy treatment/ visit for a loyal customer I would say.

Zero service was completed. Scheduling ahead of time is pointless. The couldn't duplicate the issue of a part that's under warranty. I'm replacing the part myself since they won't. Additionally, they did not wash or clean my vehicle. The inside smelled like sweat and onion when I picked it up.

My biggest complaint is the speed of the work. I used to be able to get the work done in under an hour. Now it is usually two. This makes scheduling with work hard. Also always tries to sell a ton of extra work that probably is helpful, but we are not made of money.

So I came in with a big Norton Toyota post card that I got in the mail, with several coupons on it, and all I was expecting was an oil change. Then, I found that I needed brake service and tire alignment, too, so they were able to use a different coupon (on the post card) that allowed for even more of a discount and I saved more money that way! BTW, my excellent service person was Josh Perez!

Shawn McKeaigg went above and beyond the call of service to take care of our 2007 Camry to make sure our warranty on a previous repair was honored because of a bad part. He also helped us with our 2006 Highlander which needed a new alternator. Shawn helped us get a rental since both cars were in the shop for the weekend.

The one dollar oil change was great and done when they said. It was the additional new tire purchase, ballance and install that took 5 hours and still was not ready when they told me to be there to pick up the car. I waited another 30 minutes while they did the alignment.

Adam was my service advisor and he was easy to talk to and he seems trustworthy. He wasn't pushy or phony and I prefer to deal with people like him. I have had a few negative experiences with the service department and was concerned about all of the new faces when I had service appointments. Car was in for tire rotation but oil change was added without customer awareness. It messed up the maintenance schedule in customer plan. After argument the charge for oil was dropped but charge for tire rotation was $30+ while it should be complimentary. Communication pace between representative and customer should be slow down so customer could understand the service better. Other than that the service was fairly good.
