Love their service, they took care my vehicle well and told me in advance what i need to fix without any pressure .Yes i will recommend anyone who drives infiniti model. The only think i wouldn't like to see them to improve is , get loaner cars available . Sometimes customers would like to go back fir work rather thank spending the rest of the day sitting there idly . Other than that great service ,friendly people.

As always the service received from Michael Le was 5 stars/EXCELLENT. He was clearly busy but took the time to make sure I was being taken care of by everyone involved. He said the tire crew was swamped and asked if it would be a problem to have the car overnight? I said no problem. The new tires were on by early afternoon and the was washed and shiny when picked up.

$240 for brake fluids flush.. Complimentary oil change and inspection because I recently bought the car vehicle... Did not vacuum or wash my car.... Sub standards for a luxury brand... My previous Honda dealership always did a quick vacuum and wash and brake fluid flush was only $130. Ridiculous for a 15 min job.

1st year of scheduled maintenance included with the purchase of this dealer certified used car was only honored for 1 oil change by the service dept. very disappointing. I'll do my service elsewhere, Lupient is not competitive; oil change with 5.75 qtrs of Mobile 1 and a filter was $110.
