It took a while to get an appointment. I suspect too many people now know Subarus are great cars! I waited for oil change and tire rotation. They found a belt needed replacing, and still got it done quickly as I had an appointment. They said if they didn't get it done on time the mechanic would cut my hair.

Excellent service as usual! Friendly staff. Very comfortable waiting area with all the perks. Did I pay more than I would at Jiffy Lube or my neighborhood shade tree mechanic (my dad was such a mechanic, so no judgment)? Probably so, but I have 100x the confidence that my Outback was serviced correctly.

I'm not sure the repair worked. I still get the notice to check the tire pressure on occasion. When I check, the pressures are fine. Some days if I am driving for about 10 minutes or more, I get the signal. Other times no signal presents. I will make an appointment to have you check things again.

I liked being allowed the use of a loaner vehicle which showed much respect for my time. I also liked the knowledgeable and courteous staff in the service department. Like (I suspect most customers!) I disliked the cost of the maintenance. Still, I understand the cost the dealership incurs, and I value keeping my vehicle well maintained. All-in-all, a positive experience.
