Salesman provided his number but did not respond to call or text. Purchase process was smooth because I have good credit. Vehicle was dirty. I was told it could not be cleaned because it had been cleaned already. Dealership did as little as possible to enhance the sale. I had to request new tires for the clearly damaged tires on the vehicle. Not my first choice for dealership but they had the vehicle I wanted.
