I had a good experience as usual. I had the 36000 recommended service. The injection jets were cleaned but I didn't get any report on their condition before cleaning. The video report said the wheel alignment was ok but they still charged for it, I didn't get a report on brake wear or functions of the vehicle. I only have two disappointments with my Subaru windshield and starlink.

professional very friendly. nice cool lobby to wait in. free car wash. workers explained everything they fixed or not.hubby had no complaints. only thing i wanted was hot water for my tea. low and behold I found a microwave also.! this place was truly trying to meet every need of waiting customers. way to go jim keras subaru

I took my 2023 Outback to Jim Keras for a battery problem. I did not have an appointment, but they got my car in, replaced the battery (still under warranty) with an upgraded battery for no charge. They even washed my car! They have always provided me with great service!

I was told my battery was bad. I had not had any problems with the battery. When I questioned this, I was told it didn't pass their tests. The battery was probably less than six months old. We took it back to AutoZone. They tested it and there was nothing wrong with it.

They offer a class to show you how to operate everything. It was clean in there and they offered us drinks. They worked with us and gave us a good deal on our trade- in. It was a positive experience.

Even though my car was serviced, I still get a message stating maintenance service needed & tire inspection needed every time I turn on the car ignition. Apparently the messages were not reset & need to be or else the oil & tire pressure rotation service was not done properly.

The people were very nice. I appreciate my Subaru and all the employees I have communicated with. The only thing I did not find to my liking.... the waiting room was extremely cold. I did not wear socks and I thought my feet would freeze. I hope next time I will be better prepared for the blizzard. A bit warmer please.

I messed up by accidently draining the transmission fluid instead of the oil. Antonio resolved the problem in fantastic time. The only hold up was waiting for the PCV valve to be delivered. Brought the car in on Wednesday evening, the PCV valve was ordered Thursday and it came in on Monday. The car was done by Monday afternoon. Thanks You all.

I would surely recommend my friends to visit Subaru hacks, Cross. I bought my last Buick from the Jim Keras on Covington Pike. Most experiences were pleasant. I still have the Buick encore.

Online sales person wouldn't answer basic questions about the dealership. Simple questions, are you a fixed price dealership or will you negotiate? As an example. Not worth my time or money at that point to keep asking about something they are selling.

The staff there are respectful and honest. I scheduled a CVT flush and the techs recommended against having it done. That problems would start in about 8,000 mi. Instead of just doing the service and taking over $500. My local Subaru service/dealership is in Little Rock and I would rather drive the extra hour to Memphis.

I brought in our SUV for an oil change and tire rotation. I disagreed with your service man telling me I need 4 new tires and not 2, also not rotating my tires as requested because he said it wouldn't do any good because I need new tires. I question that integrity. One tire was replaced I think, last year. If my tires wear out improperly because he refused to rotate them, that's on you!

I had work that required 5 hours of service (I was told this ahead of time). I was offered a loaner car which I refused as I had a book I wanted to read. The waiting area was comfortable, had a television, and was well stocked with free coffee and snacks. Past dealerships i have used had vending machines. Everything was explained to me in detail by friendly service associates.
