I liked their professional demeanor. However, I got a significant difference in initial quote and final payment, saying need to change the working battery and sth else related to braking mechanism, which was as per them, result of because of bad maintenance in previously serviced Autonation Nissan. I asked if I could wait for them to fix them the next time. They said yes I could wait.

Brim was my service person in charge of my vehicle. I loved the fact that he called and asked for my permission to do things and I didn't feel like I was being shell shocked by the price. I was skeptical when I picked up my vehicle because I thought my car was in need of serious repair. Brim even rode with me and my husband because I wanted to make sure my indicator lights turned off.

Vehicle was diagnosed with bad alternator. Due to backlog in supply chain, there was an extended wait on part to arrive to the States. I was contacted by Service Advisor Tyree Walker who provided options. At present, all is well with vehicle and I will surely reach out to Jim Keras Nissan if any issues need to be addressed with vehicle in the future. Keep up the good work!

Staff was clear in terms of service needed relative to mileage and engine needs. An additional issue showed up was car was assessed. Thomas was very helpful in getting me a rental so that I could go to work that day. Staff at the check out were also courteous and kind. Building was clean well cooled and hospitality counter was well stocked for coffee and tea.

Charged for diagnostics...price was not applied toward some of the work I agreed to have done. I was charged $185 for it. I had $823 worth of work done ; but because I didn't buy a transmission I was not given credit. Also my antenna was broken while in the service department.

I RECEIVED SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY SMEARED OIL ON MY PASSENGER SEAT. I TOOK MY VEHICLE BACK TO HAVE THE OIL REMOVED, AND IT WAS REMOVED, BUT LEFT A RING WHERE THE SPOT WAS. I WAS TOLD TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK AGAIN, BUT IT IS AROUND 8 MILES BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, SO I HAVEN'T TAKEN IT BACK.

Came in after receiving several messages that it was time for a tire rotation. I did have a low tire. Turns out it wasn't time for tire rotation due to low mileage. However the low tire was due to a hole in the outer sidewall which couldn't be fixed. New tire was put on to the sum of $218. As always it was a pleasure to work with Brim.
