It was necessary for me to take a road trip and my a/c went out. I took my truck to Jim Keras and a service advisor Steve Hutchinson waited on me. He had a mechanic Jason King repair my truck within around two hours and I was back on the road. They did a great job. Thank you guys for all you did.

After driving my truck for a period of time the starter started dragging. After finding the starter was going bad they found out that the battery was weak as well. I was very excited about the repairs because on Monday I had to do some driving especially driving in this hot weather. I couldn't afford being broke down out on the road. Took care of me as an emergency. I had a flat and needed to be 2 1/2 hours at a conference. The care advisor got me in and out fast and I was on my way. That kinda service is what I needed. Now how about working on my windshield that has been broken for over a year. The censor broke 6 months after purchase and the dealership doesnt know how to fix it. I am writing GMC and let them know how defective the car I purchased.
