I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 9:30. After checking in I got a cup of coffee and had a seat in the waiting area. I looked at my watch and it was exactly 9:30. 25 minutes later the service manager told me my car was ready. What a surprise! I was expecting a much longer time. I didn't even have a chance to finish my coffee.

I needed, and asked for, a tire pressure sensor to be replaced. They didn't do it, said it would be another 45 minutes, so I said I'd get it next time. Got in my car and found that none of the sensors were working. I went back in and they took it back in to replace that. Oddly enough, they were able to do it in 20 minutes...

Poor service treated really disrespectfully. Had oil change done, got Almost Home. Engine light comes on the vehicle. Had to be towed in no one called me to. Tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to call find out what was wrong. Then I had to try to find a way of getting my vehicle back to me. It missed the day of work because I had to get it towed back home to my house.I'm not happy

The staff was friendly! I like how I was greeted as I entered the building and although I didn't have an appointment they got me in and out with no hassle. The guy even took time to make sure I understood everything I was getting done and would need done in the near future. I like the coffee bar...just think it should be fresh throughout the day, opening to close.... they still get 5 stars tho
