Was told tires would be at shop by the next afternoon and they were to call me to have them put on. This was on Thursday. No call on Friday. I called service on Monday and found that they had came in. If I had not followed up I wonder how long it would have been before I would've received a call from your shop. Promises only what you can do and do what you promised.

Excellent service. Very professional. Courteous finished a job in a timely manner. Explain to me exactly what they did and actually sent me a video of the mechanic finishing to work on it and showing me what he did. I've always dealt with Jim Hudson and never had a bad experience. This visit went very well. Got my truck serviced in one hour. Nothing special, just an oil change and inspection. The reason for the 5 star rating is easy to explain. The service manager was processing my paperwork and knew I would be waiting a while to get it washed. He took my keys and washed it himself. It's an automatic wash, sure, but the act to do it for me so I didn't wait exceeded my expectations.

Service by Mark Racer is always good. But I had an appointment and it still took 5 hours to finish the service. The recall update took longer than expected, yet they didn't get my truck back to start working on it until well after my scheduled appointment time

I appreciate the offer. I never thought much about a cabin air filter, but the after-effect has been a very noticeable improvement in the climate control system during hot weather. You don't know how much the filter controls the experience until a new one is installed.

They evacuated and refilled the ac and found it didn't have a leak. It only list 0.6 oz over a 25 year period. It was a bad ac circuit board of which I had a spare. They allowed me to change it and now I have cold air in my 2001 sequoia. Excellent service.

This visit, my service advisor was Jorge Sevilla Godo, who I have had before on a previous visit. Jorge is an excellent advisor. In addition to the needed oil change, my Camry needed front brake pads and resurface rotors, and changes of cabin and engine air filters. I could tell when I left the dealership, the brakes were significantly better. I was very pleased with their work and their overall customer care.

My service writer, Chris Tudor, did an excellent job communicating the progress. My Highlander had a wobble in the backend and the source could not be found. Chris and the technicians did an assessment, test drove the vehicle, and ultimately found the cause. The car now drives like new again.

As usual, Chris took care of everything when I drove into the service bay. The charge was very reasonable, and I was on my way in about an hour. We were contacted for a proposed free oil change, filter replacement and front wiper change but were not set up for the proper service and then charged. The Manager did refund what was paid but it was the time associated with waiting on a check and being charged incorrectly that was the frustration. The communication up front needed a little work. The actual work done was satisfactory.
