Good way to make an apt online Service rep claimed my brake fluid and antifreeze was dirty. It was not and he did not know where to look at the brake fluid to show me. I paid for the works but I did not get the detailed checklist in my paperwork. I did receive a folow-up call from the service manager regarding my complaint.

They always communicate so well. My car is always delivered in a timely manner. They have continued to exceed my expectations each time I need my vehicle serviced. Thay take care of any recalls and/or warranty issues without any problems or delays. Chris T is usually my service advisor and he's always very professional and takes the time to walk through recommendations and is not pushy in any way.

My 6 1/8 year old battery finally stopped holding the charge. I called Chris Weaver to make an appointment. He told me to come in next morning any time, just to give him a call two hours before I arrive. I did that and next morning I dropped my 2019Ranger with Chris. Before I had a chance to finish my cup of coffee, Chris had me on the road with a brand new battery! Thank you Chris, I will see you in six years!

Best service experience in many years! I brought my F-150 in for the 100k mile service as well as a couple of other services that we were recommended. Fernando made sure all of the services were preformed in a timely manner and kept to the quoted price. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this dealership again and when I replace my truck I will purchase it here also.

Service was never completed. I made the appt. days ahead ; informing them I would be waiting for the car . When I arrived, I again let them know I would be waiting for the car. After waiting an hour and a half I went to check on the progress. As it turned out, they hadn't even started the service ! So, an hour and a half wasted ! I left. No oil change. No service. No apology.
