Whatever they did fixed the problem even thought my receipt states they did nothing. Even my friend who drives my car often says the same. They were very professional, listened to what was happening, researched the issue and what was done to fix other cars with the same issue. They are always kind and accommodating.

I was told my car was fixed, when I arrived I was notified that it wasn't fixed and that a part had to be ordered. They didn't know when it would be in because it's back ordered. My check engine light goes off and on. I had an oil change and tired rotation done, and now my Tire Pressure light won't go off. Which tells me that they may have rotated the tires but didn't balance them. I'm not satisfied at all with the service.

The labor cost is entirely too expensive for one. I got my vehicle fixed the day before I went on vacation. My vehicle stopped on me 3 times in traffic. I brung my car back for more repairs. I wish the mechanic would have taken time to drive my vehicle to have prevented this from ruining my trip.

Personnel were excellent! Price was high. If there is a way to help with pricing I would use the dealership for more things like routine maintenance. What I had done to my car was something only the dealership could do. I'm happy with the results but price is an issue.
