I made my appointment the same day. I was amazed that they are the only car dealership that was open with convenient hours on Saturday. Tire rotation and an oil change package. You couldn't be that. I had to go back 2x after service was done. They did a diagnostic. After l went back because my car was "shacking" when l used the brakes and l had no horn (2 things that happened after they worked on the car) l was told l need a new axle. Not sure if l trust. Some people were very nice ( why l gave 3 stars) others not much.

I trust the maintenance staff at Jim Ellis Kia completely. The staff was very open, honest and communicative through the entire process. I had my doubts because I had back-to-back repairs needed, but with their clear descriptions and transparent pricing, they gained my confidence. Jim Ellis Kia is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. After their negligent recall service, my car became unsafe to drive, costing me missed work and extra expenses. Their rep, Scott Croston, was dismissive and offered no real help. Instead of taking responsibility, they left me stranded with a bigger problem than I started with. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and safety.

There was no communication or any updates on the status of my vehicle. Even when I called to get am update, no one called me back when they said they would so I picked up my car to take to another dealer. When the service advisor gave me the keys, he didn't even look at me or said anything. He just handed me the keys and walked off.

The service was fine. It was after I checked-out and paid that the surprise came. I found a 3% surcharge on my bill for using a credit card. I've never heard of such a thing at a reputable business. A taco truck, sure...not a car dealership. I wasn't warned about a surcharge either, as I could have easily used a debit card to avoid the surcharge.

I always get my car serviced there. They help keep my car on track. I got car diagnosed and then fixed(2week span) and drove it 2 days and check engine light came back on. Tried calling them and can't get a hold of anyone. Automated assistant then it hangs up. Need help resolving. Nice people. This time not so accommodating.

I did get an oil change and of course they had a list of items trying to upsell me. The part for recap was supposed to be ordered, here it is a month later and haven't heard back anything

Terrible experience. It took them a week to diagnose an AC issue which ended up being a simple recharge. They did tires and alignment and messed up the alignment so bad I had to bring it right back the next morning to be fixed. I will never go back there again.

Jim Ellis Kia's service department is FANTASTIC! I had a nail puncture in my tire and the tire was quickly replaced. I also had a squeaky center console lid replaced under warranty. Yay! Visited service department for an electronic issue with my car. I was told I needed something that I didn't need. $300 later I was told that didn't help and I needed to spend close to $5000 to fix the issue I asked about plus something else needed to be replaced. They do not give me a lot of confidence in their work. But they are my only choice.
