The car was in for minor body work, a small electrical glitch and scheduled maintenance. Both departments worked together to get everything done in a reasonable time frame. The car wash machine is down, still after over a year, but they did have it detailed by, I believe, an outside vendor.

The customer service has gone way downhill. This was my go-to spot for years and my visits in the last year have been terrible. Lots of upselling but without explanations. The people at the desk discussing repairs or work are not knowledgeable and try to upsell you on unnecessary services.
