The service shop is finally coming into its own under new ownership. It took some time but I finally feel like things are getting back to normal with familiar service staff, quality care service, and honoring maintenance warranties. I also like the walk-in oil change service as well. Other customers in the waiting area seemed to be satisfied as well.

Had a 9:30 appt. 4/18/25. Arrived at 9:20 and declined the list of services suggested by the service dept. Over $1,200 worth! 30 thousand miles on 2023 Rogue. Got Only oil change, rotation and wash. Finally at 12:00 I asked for the service and suggested I had been there 2 1/2 hrs! Definitely excessive time!! Finally got my car @1:00. So, NO return. Peggy Krug

I dislike the dishonesty I received a email for review and approval of few services I only approved one after review the price and subtotal then at the moment to pay wasn't the price presented at the approval but twice the price then No body knows nothing . Isn't ok I would never be back so disappointed I purchased my Nissan here been coming here for services the last 3 years .

Customer service was professional and courteous. They provided a lost of items to repair and were not pushy about it. I came in for an oil change and was left more knowledgeable. They also included an exterior car wash with my oil change free of charge. Would go back again.
