The service was prompt, and the employees explained what they were doing. I did have a problem understanding what they were saying and had to ask for them to repeat themselves, however. It would help if they spoke better English. But, overall, very good service.

My satisfaction with Jiffy Lube service has been unwavering the past 35 years I've taken my vehicles there. I thought the fee for radiator fluid replacement was a little too high but was given the Veteran discount to mitigate the cost. The service personnel were friendly and efficient. I would have preferred to see my vehicle during servicing as it was taken to the back to be worked on.

Always have a great experience with Jiffy Lube on east Broadway in Tucson. Wait was reasonable for a Saturday afternoon. Price is competitive and they always have friendly service techs. Make sure to check online for a coupon! Thanks Rodney and Dante for your help with my oil change.

Aileen and the rest of the team really took care of an issue that had occurred when there were other team members (now gone), who didn't handle something correctly. They corrected the error, explained things to me, and did it all with a kind demeanor, and a smile.

I didn't get serviced at this shop. Went into get axels looked at the suggestion of the oil mechanic. They said I needed spark plugs, coils, axels on both sides, struts on both sides, and brakes, pads AND rotors. Took it to another facility and I only needed axels. Jiffy lube is out here ripping women off and should be ashamed of it.
