Went in seeking a battery and oil change. Ten minutes later they told me my car was done. I had to ask about the battery, which they said they could not get until the next day. The same people have provided excellent service in the past. Not sure what was going on this time.

Great, besides the oil on the door handle (inside and outside), on the steering wheel and shifter. I would recommend the white glove treatment along with paper on the floor and then remove the paper when done. Otherwise the service was great.

The new Jiffy Lube on Capital Circle NE is wonderful! They are friendly, fast, and make every effort to be economically reasonable. Unlike their competitors, there is a cool, clean, comfortable waiting area to enjoy while your vehicle is serviced. The Manager even helped me get a coupon and a gift card for future service. This was my second visit and I plan to return when needed from now on.
