This is my second visit to this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is always friendly and provide fast service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Bonus points for letting me bring in my own preferred synthetic motor oil. Will def continue to support this shop.

I pulled in and even with a vehicle being serviced before mine, I was still in and out in 20 minutes. The shop was clean, presentable, and the staff members were considerate and respectful. Bonus point for letting a picky guy like myself bring in my own oil!

Service was very quick and the people working there were helpful and friendly. I was warned that they would try to upsell me.....and they did. Not sure I really needed that air filter....but I let them add it.

They don't vacuum because they said it was broken. didn't clean windows. They put a cheep oil filter on my truck and didn't check the air pressure in my tires, They charge high end prices for low end service.

Did not vacuum the car, or even mention it. When asked about this, they claimed the vacuum was broken. They were also conveniently out of conventional oil when I requested it. Not impressed.

The got rid of the conventional oil I usually get so it was twice as expensive as usual for an oil change. Then I get home and realize they haven't topped off any of the fluids! Loved having de-icer and salt all over my windshield with no way to rinse it off. I'll keep my business to valvoline from now on

This is a very very busy location. They are amazing for how well they perform having very little downtime if any. I live a few blocks away and see the lines when i drive by all different times of the day. They could use another employee during their busiest times! Super impressed ..but i was over due for my oil change because they r sooo busy.
