If this is for the Dodge dealer in Van Nuys, then (-1) I've been to the dealer twice and both times they damaged my car and nobody cares. They hit my car. They scratched my car. They dented my car and They don't care.

took longer than usual, then afterwards my muffler was loud. do not know if it is just timing of it all or while they were changing the oil filter they moved the muffler.
