They did not give me the discount for being an uber driver. They also gave me a receipt saying that I have then 9 out of ten and I never gave them a rating!
The oil change was fine but I felt I paid to make ch and do not plan to return.

Checked a bunch of things and suggested a few add-ons. My light was on for low wiper fluid, but when I left my receipt listed it as full (light was still on, none was added). Not a concern, just an observation.

I requested an oil change and to rotate the tires. The technician broke a lug removing it from the front wheel on the passenger side and told me it was not his fault. I was watching when it happened and I told him to put the tire back on. I immediately drove to a shop to have it replaced and it cost $168.94. When I returned to ask for reimbursement I was told that it was denied. They said that the district manager had reviewed it and denied it because of notes on the receipt that it was an existing problem, "PTS" meaning prior to service. The notes were inaccurate as it mentioned the wrong tire and because and I was not advised of an existing problem. I have also written a letter to the owner and received no response.
