Did not check hardly any of the stuff that they should tires, washer fluid, clean windows, etc, everyone just standing around checking phones. Pretty sure they really overtightened filter. Never going back there again!!!

My oil filter was unscrewed to the point where my engine seized. I try to get a manager to call me when they can, but I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Meanwhile I am paying 400 a week on a rental car just so I can live. Not a good way to treat a veteran

The computer system network and receipt printer both had issues that caused a 20 min delay after service waiting to be able to process my payment and then for the printer to be cleared to print my receipt. The software wasn't flexible to allow the employees to use the couple of work around that they knew.
