Terrible! This is the 2nd time where I went to jiffy lube and they didn't properly replace my plate under my car after doing my oil change. Then when I told them what happened they refused to give me a refund.I will never come here again. , I will be taking my services to Vavoline.

Being a repeat customer for over 15 years at this location, that tells my story regarding Manager Brian's and his team. I have three vehicles and at one time, a company vehicle. I will not go anywhere else. I get top notch service with a warm welcome and experience by highly trained individuals. As for improvements..... why break something that runs like a smoothly oiled machine. Kudos to Brian and his team.

Good about oil change.
I was told my REAR brake pads needed to be changed.
I took my car to my mechanic and it was my Right Front Brake Pad and a frozen caliper. I am not happy that the wrong diagnosis was made.
Generally I do like the service I receive.

The service was great and timely. My only little peep was I did not realized I was at this location 3 months ago and my mileage had not reached the 'oil change' miles, however, the tech did not point it out. Had he done so, I would have not done the oil change because I still had almost 2000 miles or 3 more months to go. Overall, the service was good, as always.
