I had to return back to Jiffy twice because my car was leaking oil, the 1st time Patrick wiped the filter and plug and said to see if that took care it. it didn't, went back the, Patrick checked it out and said the washer on the plug wasn't changed, he changed it and no longer leaks. Service is nice and quick. The only thing I don't like is Jiffy lube is back to being pushy about selling their other services. They got away from it fir awhile so it was nice to not always feel the pressure.

I came in for an oil change recently, and during a previous visit, I had also requested a tire rotation. At that time, I noticed that the tire pressure sensors were no longer showing the correct positions the front and rear sensors had been swapped. I was told this could be corrected during my next oil change.
This time, I kindly reminded the technician about the sensor issue. After the service, I was informed that it had been taken care of and that the readings would adjust properly after driving for a while. However, several days later, the tire pressure display still shows the same incorrect positions.
While I appreciate the help I received, I didn't observe the technician performing any sensor adjustment or tire repositioning, so I'm not sure if the fix was fully completed. I'm hoping to return and have this resolved soon, and I would greatly appreciate it if the team could take a closer look.
