The oil change was quick. I sat in the car for the entire service. However, 2-weeks later when I took my car to my mechanic for engine problems I was told that my radiator fluid reservoir was bone dry and the oil in my car was thick and black like molasses. They indicated on my invoice that they check my cabin air filter but they didn't access it while I was in the car.

I chose this location because the station I normally use had 8 cars in front of me. This location had only 3 cars in front of me, and it still took over an hour of waiting. Then when I paid the bill, I found it was for another customer, and had to wait further to get it straightened out.

They didn't check the tire pressure at all. They set the oil change reminder to 3,000 miles, but didn't even confirm whether the oil was actually changed. Very dishonest.

the one star is for the mishap that they did. I had to go back for them to fix the oil leak that happened because they neglected to check if everything was done properly the first time around.

Only thing can't check is my air conditioner to refill the coolant as the machine is broken, please help to fix it.
