Fast...unbelievably fast. The process was easy and the workers were friendly. I was offered the discounted rate even thought I forgot the coupon at home. I like the Carfax feature and the fact that the service is recorded on the website. I think that helps when you go to sell your car.

I like staff and they doing great job all the time.
Appreciate if they do more pay attention to the customers car, such as wipe the oil on the body after finished the job or when they step into the customers car, put towel or paper on the step not to mess inside the car.

Sanford and his team were fantastic..very honest and professional..
They showed me my filter was dirty and needed to be changed..
Topped off all the things in the engine and checked the tires.
Every thing was done in a timely manner..35 minutes..
Waiting room was comfortable.
