I was very unsatisfied with the service at Jiffy Lube. The attendant told me I needed my coolant flushed and replaced and now the coolant is leaking from my vehicle. I brought it back to the shop and they told me it was residual fluid however, the coolant continues to leak almost 1 week later.

They changed my oil & filter, and, per my request, didn't bother with the other equipment under the hood, because I check them, myself, regularly. They are friendly, and take time to explain things without being patronizing. Quick in and out; just wish it was less expensive!

Dude seemed to have an attitude problem with fleet vehicles. I gave him a twenty dollar tip which he seemed to throw off as baloney. The manager stated he was having a bad day. Despite my efforts to go to the bank to get cash for the tip he was non plussed. Screw Jiffy Lube. I will never go back there again. Good Year here I come.

Speedy service. Just was full of oil in the inside of the door, steering wheel and door handle. Technician cleaned it and was apologetic.
