Oil changed as I needed. Again they tried to test my battery with it connected to vehicle. I stopped them before they could and told them not to and why. I have sent message to JL about that, never received a reply. Guys were trying to do what they were told to do.

Was told 20 minutes wait for state emissions inspection, but instead waited over 1.5 hours...ridiculously unbelievable!! Add to insult- failed because of O2 sensor....was told to get fixed n return within 14 days retest for free....the HECK I will NOT return for any type of service.. Took my truck to another Jiffy Lube on Well Branch...bam within 10 minutes I RECEIVED PASS on my emission.

The associate was having trouble putting the housing for the air filter I purchased back on. He kept trying to get the attention of the manager but they wouldn't respond. They released me as finished and three days later when I pop the hood, I notice the lid of the housing was never secured or screwed back on. Terrible

i like Jiffy lube if it's not to busy in and out in 15min. Kevin the tech. was very professional and polite. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube for both of my vehicles.

Yes sir they got me in and out in about 30 minutes and didn't have my oil filter In they're Inventory so had to get one from Autozone down the street .

It was really a good visit. Cars were lined up on one side, maybe emission testing, not sure. No one in lane 1, in and out snip snap and they were teaching a new guy.

Employee wasn't in hurry and took their sweet time and during the inspection of the car ahead of me, walked away in the middle of the inspection, leaving the car door open, to walk across the parking lot to a fast-food restaurant for a drink. Only one person out of 3 doing the inspections, while the others were doing nothing!!!
