I didn't know who was the service manager but nothing was organize i simply was there to get my lojack """ active but later to find out it was never installed. When the person call to set the appointment up shes insure me that it would've take long let just say that was a lie. My appointment was for 3 I didn't get outta there almost 6 when I was told my truck was ready I was expecting my truck to be at the door where I drop it off no it was on top of the hill which I was confused I asked maybe 3 ppl I that works there where's my truck they all look at me with the same expression I say all this to say do better this was my 1st service after purchase my vehicle on Friday
