The shop has been nothing but great in regards to customer service. I'm not happy with the vehicle though. A 2020 jeep grand Cherokee overland 3.6L v6 that has been nothing but a problem. I'm currently waiting for a new crank that is back ordered. I bought this vehicle in late Dec 2024. It's been in the shop more times than I've driven it. Currently waiting on parts for about a month. Like I said the shop has been great. Customer service has been excellent but, I wouldn't recommend buying a Jeep/Chrysler product to anyone.
