Looked into each variable systematically and provided a nice write up on the actual cause to may issue and provided that write up for me to take back to the other repair shop. I was able to get my car fixed after that.

Came in for bad tire but agree to windshield replacement. Tire and wind shield were replaced. Great service. One problem with my Jeep was the ABS brake module has failed and replacement parts are on back order. (Not J. Ulm's issue). Hopefully, supply chain can catch up. This is my 4th Jeep, maybe one more in my future?

Advisor Wes was great, made appointment to drop car off for quick oil change. Place was extremely busy and disorganized. Ended up waiting 25 minutes in August heat just to find out the chaos was caused by a commercial shoot in which actors were being filmed as service advisors. Not worth the "free oil change" would have rather paid.

I have taken my car there several times, but will not be returning. My last visit, I took my car in to get maintainance and check for suspension issues, with 3 quarters tank of gas. Dropped off on Friday and picked up on Tuesday, to discover gas light on Empty and car now feels worse than before. Although, I've never had previous concerns, this visit will definitely be my last.

I have a rattle where my top meets the frame that they are trying to find. They've had it for four days so far not sure if they've had any Luck figuring it out. This is the customary five star guilt rating that you get shaken down for because you want your service representative to not look bad. But honestly, they're looking for a rating before they've fixed anything lol.

The only negative, for me, is having the vehicles on display in the showroom which tends to get me hyped up about a new vehicle which I am not in the market for LOL. They sold me a used car with issues that should have fixed, I took it back to get it done before the 30 days and was told a oil leak isn't major after 1,000 miles my warranty will kick in and Nissan would fix it. if it's not a Jeep DONT BUY IT FROM THEM!
