Visited Mazda to fix my wiper and Jacob did a great job on it. Not only I know my car's in good hands, it also came with a quick real time video of inspection. The rental car was also nice to have me wait and run errands while my car was in the shop. Thanks Mazda team!!

Didn't top off any of my fluids or even wash my car. Went in for routine lol change and they tried to upsell me on EVERYTHING even though my car doesn't need it. Ridiculous they try to take advantage of me just because they think I don't know better because of my gender.

If I could give zero stars I would. Mechanics and managers do not care about your needs. They're only looking out for themselves. Went in for troublesome vehicle issues several times regarding the same thing. And all they can tell me is that they couldn't find a single thing wrong with my car. Yet when I took it to the Mazda dealership on Sahara and Rainbow they were immediately able to find the issue. STAY AWAY FROM JERRY SEINER MAZDA!

The service person, Doug, went above and beyond to get me an appointment the next day so I didn't have to cancel appointments over the weekend that involved a lot of driving on the spare.p tire. The new tire was put on in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way.
