On 6/16/25 I had an excellent experience when I had my maintenance inspection, oil change, and filter replacement. When I arrived my service advisor, Violet had my paperwork in front of her. We exchanged pleasantries and it was confirmed that I had the basic prepaid maintenance, and I went to the waiting room. After about 2 hours she informed me that my car was ready. She said there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. This time they did not send a video of the work they were doing. That seemed to create confusion when they did that before. They had my car pulled in front a few feet away from her cubicle. All went well.

Awful for the second time in a row. I originally took the car in to have brake pads replaced. They called and said brake pads were fine and it was a sensor issue. I went all the way back to pickup, left only to find nothing had been reset.
I took it back again and they decided I needed new brake pads. Problem is they told me a week earlier brake pads were 100%.
I asked them to service the sensor but they refused unless I did a full pad rep.
Just hard to trust and terrible communication.

I really like the fact that they provide video documentation of work performed. Joe was great to work with. He went out of his way to deal with the extended warranty company and got the repairs covered under warranty. Overall, great experience.
