Not recommended. Service writers fail to listen to customers and lack transparency in communication. Despite being told my vehicle would be ready within a week, it took two weeks. Additionally, rental options are not provided. They also charge for services that are covered under warranty. Avoid purchasing a Chevrolet or dealing with Jerry Durant Chevrolet Buick GMC of Granbury.

Nicole, Paublo, and Kent are great and so was Lisa. Hire her back! I requested Mobile One but the tech put in the drum oil. I asked him if the drum now had MO and he said Oh, you wanted Mobile One. Yes, he drained it and refilled. All good now.

They fixed it, but the 2 week wait wasn't fun. Also finding out that the VERY expensive extended warranty only covered half the cost of replacing an NOx sensor on the DEF system was less than fun.
