The VW staff was very communicative with me on how the car was being fixed. They took special attention to my questions and gave me direct answers of what the issue was and how it was to be resolved. They offered a loaner car without even asking. They offered to exchange out the loaner car with my car as I was at work. Awesome job. When contacting other VW staff(corporate) they called me back and asked if they could do anything for me also. Very good with customer retention relations. Thank you VW at Jensen's VW and the corporate retention group . Well done.
