Brought my SUV's for 90k service and checkup. I went out of my way to come here. I waited for the work to be done, in the lobby for 5+ hours. Got hit with some very high charges but i needed the work done. Paid for a wheel alignment but was told back could not be done due to"rust" they are a dealer, why not finish the job. So I got a $75 discount? Not sure I will go back there.

The service was good with one exception. The service manager told me my back shocks were leaking but still functioning. If the shocks are leaking, shouldn't they be replaced? I have an extended warranty that should cover the cost. I now have to wait until they totally fail and then make another appointment for work that should have been addressed.

Completed oil change, tire rotation and periodic maintenance checks. All this work was completed while I waited, on time, as estimated when I checked into the service department. I needed to return the next day for parts order for a micro switch replacement and an added wire extension to fix the 'not in park' alarm when car was actually in park. This work was also completed while I waited.
