The service department never tries to sell me something I don't need. I like how they make suggestions but without undue pressure. That builds trust with me and is why I drive over from another county to use their services exclusively. I've never driven away unhappy or unsettled after a service appointment. Brett and Austin are very competent service associates. They know their jobs and strive to take care of their customers.

The employees are nice and the waiting room is clean. The prices are reasonable. They have snacks available. They used to come talk to you about recommendations for service which I liked because I could ask questions. Now they send an email for you to virtually approve what you want done, which I don't care for.

Service was great, the clerk was excellent,can't complain with that, keep doing great job, but who ever did the washing the of car not good, got new tires and they were dirty and the rims,this it's the second time they live the car not with some parts not clean.

I bought my car there jordan was a great help, but when I went to get my car repaired because part was faulty they gave it back dirty. I ask can you clean it up they told me " No We Only wash and clean Mitsubishi cars" which is crazy with parts and labor it was about 800.00

Service advisor had an "I hate my job" attitude and was not respectful. I had to tell them my car was ready because it was sitting in the service exit lane and they never came to get me. Most of all they never said hello in the beginning or thank you at the end. New service reps are needed.

My oil change took 2 hours. When done the service person put the ticket in the desk where it was ignored for 20 minutes till I got up to go see when I would get my car back and the guy went oh. Not impressed
