DJ my service advisor is very professional, and is very serious about making the customer satisfied. He recommended some services that did not follow the manual, however his reasoning made sense so I let him. Everyone at the dealership was very nice as well.

I let DJ know on Monday morning and got the truck into the shop and had a diagnosis early Monday afternoon, which they ordered the parts and the parts came in the next day. The technician installed the parts the next day and I got my truck back that afternoon, which was great. I would recommend Jenkins Ford for service.

I just purchased a vehicle at Jenkins, Disappointed I had to go back within a few days because my windshield wiper did not work that it was missed during inspection. But the service department got me in right away, fixed it right away so I can get my kids from school and obviously covered it since I just bought it but didn't make me feel awkward having to ask. Waiting room was very comfy and had plenty of snacks while I waited.

First time there and I felt like I was ignored by the service advisors. Stood around waiting until someone finally asked if I was there for service.
Service work was good and done in a timely matter while I waited. The advisor that came out to tell me that the vehicle was finished told me that I had enough reward points to cover the bill. Nice that they checked that first.
