When I bought my Jeep at Jenkins they didn't tell me they don't service Jeeps. It's under warranty for free oil changes. After my last oil change the "oil change required" indicator came on. They reset the light. It still came in. I was told to take it to a Jeep dealer. That's when I checked the fluids. Antifreeze was well below the minimum line. That's when I was informed 'we don't too off Jeeps.

We apologize for the inconvenience here at our dealership. We do service Jeeps with out any issues. It does take us slightly longer than a Ford Brand vehicle being that we are a Ford dealer. We don't stock parts for Jeep brand or any off brand vehicle for that matter so the parts we obtain are delivered to us on a case to case basis when the vehicle arrives on our lot for service. Under the circumstances with this vehicle we do carry universal coolant, however the type that we had on hand did not match the vehicles coolant color. We offered to order the coolant and top the vehicle off and for you to keep the rest of the jug for future, but the service was declined. There is no issue to perform the service on your vehicle what so ever. We do inform you upon arrival that it is an off brand vehicle and services make take slightly longer. As to your warranty. You do have an extended maintenance contract through us which is also easy to work with! Off brand vehicles don't get their fluids topped off at our dealership unless we are 100% sure that what we are adding in causes no harm to the vehicle. In this case we did not have the proper fluid type. We offered to get it for you at the usual cost to fix, and the service was declined. We would love to continue to service the vehicle for you! Please just allow us the extra time it takes to perform the work on an off brand vehicle.

My car was ruled a complete loss and went to Jenkins Ford Collision center. From the time it got there they were nothing but rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't have even gave them a one star. Upon getting my belongings out of my car they had destroyed it even more than when it arrived. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone and hope my insurance pulls there service recommendations with them. Never again.

Angie took good care of me and my truck in this service visit. The truck was in and out more quickly than I expected. I grabbed a desk by the front door and worked while I waited. The service group at Jenkins is very good at what they do and they are true professionals! Highly rated!

Part was on back order but Jenkins came through and got my radio up and working unlike the dealership I purchased the truck from. Vehicle check for brake replacement.
Jenkins determined the brakes did not need to be replaced yet. Now how honest is that?
Some places would have just replaced the brakes and moved on. Jenkins did not which increases my trust of them when my vehicles are dropped off for service.

Oil change went exactly as it should. Could not find root cause of speed control dropping speed. Drove it Saturday with same issue. Drops about 5 MPH before control kicks in bringing it back up to set speed. Other than that small nuisance Jenkins has always taken care of our vehicles when needing serviced.
