It's only been two years since I began taking my car to Jeff's. So far so good. In fact, we liked the service so much I began taking my wife's car there too. Any work that is suggested has price estimates, so there is no guessing or surprises when the final bill comes due. Staff is very friendly and explains any work that needs to be performed.

I had to get my truck towed there overnight due to a failing water pump. Received a phone call first thing next morning that they would look at it. Diagnosed it quickly as the water pump and replaced the pump and belt same day. Received truck later that evening in great working order. Communication was superb and service matched. Amazing from start to finish. Customer service on the phone was top notch. When I dropped my car off some of work arrangements changed and they offered me a courtesy car. I greatly appreciate the arrangement so I could work and not take the day off. They called me with updates and explained everything so I could approve the work. When it was completed they continued the follow up.

Everyone is so helpful and kind....let you know what they are doing to the car in a very timely manner....you do not have to guess the cost, etc...they tell you before they start to work on your car....no surprises...
I would not take my car to any other garage....they are by far the BEST !!

Easy to schedule service online, state inspection performed, feedback provided on other recommended service, no pressure. Chose to do brake fluid change. Done within the hour. Courteous, clean and capable. Only complaint is that it appears I was charged for three oil disposal fees instead of one.

Quoted a fair price for the work being done. Called midday and suggested they could do the annual state inspection since it was close to the date. I accepted. Thought that was a nice consideration on Jeff's auto service and saved me from another appointment to have this work done.
